Terms And Conditions
The terms for using our website and renting a trailer from our Weatherford lot.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of rapid-trailer-rentals.com and your rental of trailers from Rapid Trailer Rentals LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or booking a rental, you agree to these terms.
Rental specifics such as the daily rate, dates and the rental agreement you sign at booking apply to your rental alongside these terms.
Rental Eligibility
No special license is required to tow a trailer for personal use. You must be of legal age to enter a rental agreement.
Booking And Payment
Rentals are booked online through our calendar. Each trailer shows its live daily rate and open dates, and you see your total before you pay. Multi-day and multi-week bookings are priced at booking. Forms are sent by email and text, and no account is required.
Pickup
All trailers are picked up at our lot at 2908 Greenlee Park Trail, Weatherford, TX 76088, open 24 hours daily. We operate a contactless system, and pickup instructions are sent to your phone by text.
Towing And Your Vehicle
You are responsible for confirming your vehicle can safely tow the trailer and your load, including the combined weight, the hitch ball size and the electrical plug. Our trailers use a 2 5/16 inch ball and a 7-way RV plug. Some units require a half-ton truck and working trailer brakes, as noted on each trailer's page. Call us if you want help matching a trailer to your truck.
Renter Responsibilities
While the trailer is in your care you agree to:
- Use it lawfully and within its posted weight ratings
- Keep it secured and locked when not in use
- Return it on time and in the condition you received it, aside from normal wear
- Tell us right away about any damage, accident or theft
Insurance
Your automobile insurance should cover anything you tow. Please confirm coverage with your insurer before pickup.
Cancellations And Changes
You can cancel or modify your reservation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time without any additional fees.
Damage, Loss And Liability
You are responsible for damage to or loss of the trailer while it is in your possession, other than normal wear. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage to you, your vehicle or your cargo arising from your use of the trailer or this site.
Website Use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it or its booking tools. Content on the site belongs to Rapid Trailer Rentals LLC and may not be copied without permission. Third-party tools and links are used at your own risk.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
